I gym twice a week.

7 Easy Ways!

After a week of those Chinese New Year feast, it's time to be a LITTLE healthier ;)
Here's 7 Easy Steps to be healthy!

With these easy 7 steps and incorporating it into your daily lifestyle, being healthy *to the waistline* never been easier :)

1. Chew gum.



Chew gum for 15 minutes each hour between lunch break and you can reduce consumed calories from sweets! :)

2. Drink vegetable juice!


Chug a glass of low-sodium vegetable juice every day. Drink at least a cup of low-sodium V8 daily to lost four pounds over 12 weeks!
Maybe it's time to stock up on those vegetable juice *regardless of how it taste* :(

3. Drop those sugary/fizzy drinks!



Calories from solid foods and liquids both add up! I always thought that by drinking liquid i can lost weight but it isn't so :( No wonder I can't lost weight after all this years!  Reducing intake by just one serving a day took a pound off after six months, enough to add up for people with a soda or fruit-drink habit.
*time to tell myself to ditch those coffee and milo* :(

4. Make green tea your bff!


Overweight or obese exercisers burned off three more pounds and 7 percent more belly fat when they drank green tea instead of another beverage with the same calories. But make sure your green tea is HOT/WARM ok! :)


5. More ZZ/Sleep!!


Those who slept an extra two hours ate nearly 300 calories less! This is the BEST tips ever for me! :DD
I love to sleeep! :D :D 


6. Mushrooms! :)



 Sub mushrooms for ground meat in one meal every week, you can lose five pounds in a year! :)
Now it's time to order Vegetable pasta! Yums! :D

7. Simple till Six

 Diet plan of eating in a mostly vegan fashion during the day–no animal products and no simple carbs–and then eating a reasonable dinner. His focus on consuming plants “as close to their natural state as possible” will lead to a natural reduction in calories.
